1 injured after ceiling crashes in plagued Bronx building

One woman is in the hospital after the ceiling in her apartment caved in and residents are frustrated at the lack of repairs.

The building at 250 East 176th St. has more than 200 violations for dnagerous cracking paint and mold on the walls. The mold caused the ceiling to collapse and crash onto Jane Rivera, according to her husband Julio Sracello.

Sracello says the landlord has not made necessary repairs and continues to say the building is safe.
