Residents fed up at recyclables littering neighborhood

Residents say they are fed up with trash on their streets. But it?s not garbage that?s piling up, it?s recyclable material.

The Department of Sanitation says it observed Lincoln?s birthday Saturday and did not pick up the trash. It says collection will resume this weekend.
