Tenants of a Villa Avenue apartment building say they are still struggling after a fire destroyed part of their home last October.

The Bedford Park residents say they have endured days without light or heat and are still waiting for gas to be restored three months after flames tore through their home.

The management company says that the gas is ready to be turned back on. Con Ed says the are not able to turn on gas until a number of safety steps are approved.
