St. Nicholas of Tolentine Church serves Bronx community since 1930

As Bronx Week comes to an end, News 12 took one last look at a historic landmark in the borough.
The St. Nicholas of Tolentine Church on Fordham Road was built in 1930. It's known for its gothic architecture with majestic arches, unique stained glass and massive space that can fit up to 1,400 people.
Nicknamed "The Cathedral of the Bronx," Pastor Joseph Girone says it's become a community center for area residents.
Congregants agree, comparing the old church to a big family.
