Police continue search for 96-year-old Jessie Thompson, missing for over a week

Police are continuing their search for a 96-year-old woman who has been missing for over a week.

The NYPD says Jessie Thompson walked out of Jewish Home Lifecare over a week ago and has not been found.

Thompson suffers from dementia.

There were some possible sightings of the 5 foot, 4 inch-tall woman last week. One possible sighting was on a city bus near 125th Street in Harlem. A viewer also called News 12 with a possible sighting in a clothing store on Chambers Street on Tuesday.

If anyone has information on Thompson, they are urged to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
