News 12 is revisiting a Westchester County retiree who spends his free time touring the Bronx.
We first introduced you to Stephen Sherman last year as he was exploring the streets of Melrose. He's still at it today, learning his borough history and capturing all its "urban beauty" on camera.
However, not all of his experiences have been positive. Sherman says that while walking on West Kingsbridge Road back in January, a man held a gun to the back of his head and demanded his belongings. Fortunately, he was not hurt.
Sherman was also detained for taking pictures at the Hunts Point Market, but those incidents haven't broken his spirit. He still continues to explore the Bronx almost daily.
