One man is in police custody at the hospital after a violent fight turned deadly in a Bronxdale apartment.
According to authorities, a 34-year-old man was found unconscious with a stab wound to his neck inside the Barker Avenue home Thursday.
The suspect in custody, a 22-year-old, was also found with slash wounds to his head.
The older man was pronounced dead at Jacobi Medical Center.
