State police say a missing Bronx teenager with special needs has been found.

Officials say Karen Galarza was found in the Bronx and is currently with state police.

Karla Galarza was last spotted on surveillance video at the Toys R Us in Times Square Wednesday night. She had initially disappeared near East 149th Street Tuesday night.

The 16-year-old suffers from bipolar disorder and other psychiatric conditions, and speaks English and Spanish.

She has been in foster care for the last five months in Philipstown, but is originally from the Bronx.
