Water flows from ceiling at Bronx apartment building

It's practically raining inside one apartment building in Williamsbridge.

Tenants are dealing with serious water damage at 674 East 232nd St. after they say a pipe burst last year, but was never fixed.

One viewer sent in cellphone video that shows water pouring out from the ceiling into the stairwell.

News 12 spoke to the management company, which said it looks like someone was trying to fix the heating system when the pipes froze and exploded. It says it will be making necessary repairs.
