Retailers brace for holiday returns

Stores were packed Friday with people looking to return those not-so-perfect gifts.
The day after Christmas is the second-busiest shopping day of the year, with plenty of stores offering sales comparable to those on Black Friday.
Some shoppers News 12 spoke to say they had been preparing for the day for quite some time, because they knew the sales would be good.
The National Retail Federation estimates that there will be $65 billion in post-Christmas returns across the country this year.
