Jewish community celebrates first night of Hanukkah

Jewish community members came to Pelham Parkway for the menorah lighting Tuesday night.



Tuesday marked the first of the eight nights of Hanukkah.



Dozens of people came to the corner of White Plains Road and Pelham Parkway for the annual lighting ceremony.



Assemblyman Mark Gjonaj and Sen. Jeff Klein joined in the Hanukkah celebrations.
