Police have arrested a teenager in the death of a 63-year-old Bronx man.
According to investigators, 19-year-old Armando Sanchez killed Elvin Ramirez, known to many as "Peachy," inside his Grand Concourse apartment on Nov. 13. They say he was found dead with apparent head trauma.
Relatives told News 12 last month that Ramirez had gotten into a fight with his roommate that day, possibly over unpaid rent.
Sanchez, who cops confirm worked with Ramirez and lived in the same building, has been charged with second-degree murder, first-degree manslaughter and criminal possession of a weapon.
