Domestic violence event to be held in Eastchester
A group of Bronx women are teaming up to help combat domestic violence.
Project Enough is about supporting education of domestic violence for local woman who may need it.
The group will host an event this Wednesday where residents can come and listen to others, and share their stories.
Organizers say they will about speak about their own experiences with violent partners, how to look for warning signs and how to exit an abusive relationship.
Religious leaders will also be in attendance, letting women know they have somewhere to turn.
The event will be held at the Eastchester Community Center on Dec. 17.
