The Garden City and Westbury Village locations won their union elections.
The locations were part of the largest ever single day filing on the campaign – when 21 stores across the United States filed back in February.
There are now seven unionized Starbucks locations on Long Island.
Workers nationwide are organizing for better working conditions including living wages and fair scheduling.
